    We are a high class 5th generation family butchery business in Staffordshire who not only source Lamb and Beef from local Staffordshire and Shropshire farms but also have our own farm as well.
    We make all our pork pies, multi award winning black pudding, sausage and burgers on site as well as dry curing all our own bacon. We age all our sirloin, ribeye and hipbone steak on the bone for 21 days and if requested, can mature sirloin for upto 28 days.
    We also specialise in pork pies for functions and large events including wedding cake style pork pies.
    We ship online anywhere in the UK mainland using next day couriers
