Knobbs Hardware
Knobbs Hardware turns beautiful wooden doorknobs and supplies
to customers throughout the world. Set up in 1995, the business
is based in North Pembrokeshire. Working from a purpose built
workshop the company specialises in turning quality wooden
doorknobs and provides a friendly and professional service.
The knobs are turned and hand finished here in the UK. We have
developed several designs which are produced along with bespoke
door knobs made specifically to the customer's requirements.
The timber used comes from managed woodlands and the stains and
lacquers are all water based and pose no threat to the
environment.
Our standard designs are made from beech - a plentiful, hard
and tight grained hardwood that turns well and gives a good
finish. These can be mounted on brass or plated collars in brass,
nickel or chrome with matching roses. All ranges are available in
seven finishes - natural, light oak, medium oak, dark oak,
walnut, mahogany and ebony. The Bespoke knobs are made from a
selection of timbers including beech, oak and rosewood.
Kitchen and cabinet knobs are available from 50 to 60mm
diameter finished in the colours of the standard range.
Escutcheons can be supplied to match the doorknobs.
