- The Potting Shed.
We are a small company based in the market town of Hexham in Northumberland, where we have been
making terracotta pots since 1979.
In our workshop we produce a large range of hand thrown terracotta pots which we sell through
our own shop and in garden centres, shops and galleries around the country.
All the pots are made from a grogged earthenware clay and fired to 1180º C to ensure a
high degree of frost resistance.
